Buy it. Similar to Tamiya (some say it's a copy) but cheaper.

I have their 1/35 T-35; I like that one, although you get a bit bored
building the huge individual link tracks.

Their 1/35th scale armor kits are 1990's quality in terms of detail
and engineering. Not bad, but not comparable to recent Dragon or
Tamiya products. They went through a bankruptcy, and many of their
older molds were acquired by Alanger. ICM has since reappeared as ICM
Holding, and they are releasing new kits again.
