(AIR) Lancaster GR/MR 3 rearward facing camera

Hi All,
   I'm looking for pictures of the rearward facing strike camera
installation on Coastal Command Lancaster GR3 's , or even Aeronavale MR
7's.
Anyone have any details? ( from air publications ,or closeup pix)
