I was wondering if there were any better alternative / after market
tracks that would work with the 1/35 MRC M7 Priest?

AFV Club offers both link to link styrene and vinyl replacement tracks
for Shermans. RHPS offered link to link styrene tracks, but they are
hard to find, now. The molds have been sold, and these should reappear
from an Asian manufacturer shortly. Model Kasten offers Sherman
tracks, too, but they are really over-engineered and take forever to
assemble.
