I'm new to airbrushing and I recently bought the Testors Complete
Airbrush System. Figured it would be a good start for a beginner. But
for some reason I just can't get it to spay any paint I'm totally lost
on why.
I put two parts paint 1 part paint tinner, mixed it and thought that
would do the trick, nope.
So I kept adding a bit more paint tinner mixing and trying again and
again until there was pretty much very little paint left mostly just
paint thinner.
Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong, the instructions that come
with the system are weak at best and don't talk about how to mix paint
or anything like that for this system.
Thanks in advance.

google would be your best friend here. start with testor's website. you can
email them, too.
we can help, but google would be fastest. sounds like it isn't set up
correctly. needle, air pressure, etc. but don't be afrais to ask.
and also give more information like model, compressor type or air can, etc.
gives us details, ok?

Try just seeing if even can spray first. Try just using/spraying straight
water or alcohol (just be careful doing the latter near any open flame -
trust me). You might have a clog. You also might take it apart as if you
were cleaning it and make sure you don't have a damaged airbrush. I use the
Testors/Aztek A778 and I have replaced many a tip over the years but clean
up is fast with this bugger.

i have an testors / aztec and never have any problems, I think you must have
a blockage , just clean the end bit and you should be right. I always spray
clean automotive thinners as soon as I finish a color and use bottles as a
preference. That way I have about 50 premixed paints ready to go . saves
heaps of time. best of luck regards JimboD
