Kato or ConCor passenger cars

Are the Kato and ConCor Union Pacific passenger cars the same colors? I
am wondering about mixing the two in the same train. I understand that
the Kato cars are UP prototype and the ConCor aren't, but are they
pretty much equal in quality of detail and construction?
