Trains Minatures cars of the States

Anybody remember how many of the states Trains Minatures included in their
reefer series. I know of at least 13 as I have those but did they do a car
for each of the states?

13 original states as box car
Alco FA-1 locomotive
I think a DC car as well.
I do not remember on the caboose
