Hi.

Actually two related help-technical info sites, listed
below, were updated: a model and a prototype.

Finally arrived at the state where the Linux/Debian
installation is refined enough for usage. LAN to Amiga and
Amithlon still pending.

Integrated PROTOTYPE TECHNICAL INFO FOR MODELRAILROADERS
site more closely with index page links.  The neglected
articles were expanded and refined.

On the model site, revised all motor and repower items to
reflect findings from dynamometer data.  A long list of
changes is on the home page.

Windoze XP is now confined to a 20 GB partition on a 100 GB
HD, where it can do no damage.  Debian occupies 60 GB of a
120 GB HD  There are added partitions on both with trial
distros and uncompressed backups to foil anymore Bill Gates
attempts at stealing data.  Amithlon is on an old 10 GB
SCSI HD.to avoid the Wintel partition limitations.

With the help of vastly better Linux system, maybe we can
get back to playing trains soon.

For more details with methods and extensive discussion of
problems and solutions, see first site below in site status.

Check the site often for new updates.

Thank you,

Budb
