Tater,
Spend it on Fliskits or Sunward Rockets. You'll be happier. Waay
Happier.
All the kits I've dealt with from Quest have been Disappointing.
Missing parts, weak centering rings, malformed nosecones. I hope Bill
Improves the component and kit quality and gets the "Toy Biz" out of
the system. Quest could be so much more than it is. It could be
another Centuri with a little work. I wonder if they need a Quality
Engineer...Hmmm...

Chr$,
Funny you should say that. I know this guy in Chandler, Arizona, see,
and... ;-D
(Still got your "A.M." business card.)

Joel. phx! How's it going? Still sticking by your "pretty rockets
crash" motto? (Didn't you paint one pink a couple years ago?) Just
last night I was thinking I need to take a bunch of pictures before I
try flying my latest "builds" this summer.
Been spending most of my rocketry newsgroup time over at Yahoo Groups
"OldRockets."
Logged 3 years as a TV reporter/cameraman in November. Still enjoying
the job, since I'm pretty much a one-man band. ("What do you mean,
'Where's the reporter?' I'm right here, behind the camera!")
Family's doing great, girls are 7.5 and 6.
Interesting noises here, if I remember the URL correctly:
http://www.ltlink.com/~newsguy/midi.html
And probably a bunch of other things I forgot. Stop by my website,
drop me a line.
Cheers (clink!),

Hi Jay!
I'm still with "A.M." I was just having a bit of fun. It sure would
be fun to work in the Hobby industry. I just don't want the deep pay
cut that would come with it. Maybe when I retire someday.

As was I. ;-D

I can relate. I took a 50% pay cut when I went from working to a Las
Vegas-based radio network to a local TV station. My new employers
came through with a good-sized raise about 15 ago, and my youngest
daughter now qualifies for SSI, so we're a little more comfortable
than we were in 2000.

Now *that's* a thought. :-D Have fun, buddy!
Cheers,

Do'nt know why they hav'nt put our my website as we are authorized
Quest online resellers also. As far as I can tell we have the best
presentation of Quest products on the internet. We've taken great
pains to get the best graphics and pictures in our site.
Going to talk to Bill about that.
