No sale.

Defective notice of hearing.

Gary wants to make sure all customers remain serviced. Paramount concern.

   ROTFL.

I'm shocked! Shocked!  Shocked, do you hear?

   Gary is running AT as the Debtor in possession, (DIP) and bidding under
his other corporate shell.

   The DIP and its attorney are responsible for the data that goes to the
court for the hearing and bidding notice.

   What defect was there in the Notice?

   How long to renotice and re bid?

Exhibit A, B, C were not attached to the notice.

3-25-04 status hearing.

4-2-04 auction date.

Hard NEWS Jerry

Side note: I regularly post breaking and hard news to rmr. Glad to keep
the rabble (and the real folks who are typically lurkers) in the loop.

Hmmm, just how much does the rmr community benefit from having those ""real
folks"" around?

Someone should order a transcript. It is priceless.

Nevada Court News - 27 Feb 2004 02:45 GMT
The sale hearing has been continued to April 2, 2004, at 9:30 a.m;
an examiner has been appointed and there will be a status check on March 25. 2004 at 9:30 a.m.

In an effort to get the court to approve the sale, Gary Rosenfield offered
$140,000 cash, plus other items which he valued at $200,000.
No one knows what prompted the increased offer,
but the judge had thrown the figure of $200,000 earlier when she was talking
about dismissing the case if all that was being paid was $30,000.
The increased Rosenfield offer was rejected.

Other parties present at the hearing;
- An attorney representing a group of unsecured creditors was present
[Note - The creditors want AT sold off in pieces if it brings more value.]
- Animal Motor Works had an attorney present.
- Bob Korman also appeared with an attorney.
- Jerry Irvine was present.
And a few others most wouldn't know.

It was nice of Gary to show his auction hand, eh??

Nevada News strikes again.
More on March 26th................
