Some time ago I posted RE: a long wait for my TRA membership.... As it turns
out there was more info needed and an ISP mail issue that caused the delay.
With a relay of the info  needed  it got  things on track.

I'm pleased to report my TRA membership kit arrived today neatly packed and
in good order.....

I must say, the kit is very well done and contains a very nice binder to
keep the materials in.

Nice job to the TRA office........ Thanks.........

Thanks for the follow up Bobby. I guess I'll join so I may enter contests at
LDRS.

I looked at the form. There is no way to tell them that you are a level
certified NAR member and wish to grandfather your certification. How do you
do this?

Make a copy of your NAR membership card and send it with your TRA
application.

I thought as much. I guess electronic methods are out. I wonder if they take
S&H green stamps?

Scan it and e-mail it to TRA HQ with a note you're doing an on-line
application.

I photo copied my card and printed out the application. I faxed the whole
package to them yesterday. That should do the trick.

Or FAX a copy of your membership card in advance and indicate on the FAX
that the application is coming via electronic methods.

Hey Doc, would be great to have you at LDRS (23) whether you enter
contests or not. :)

Wild horses couldn't keep me away! (Do people still say that?) I already
have my room booked from June 30 through July 7th. My only remaining task is
to register to fly. I have several 75mm EX motors slated for the EX days. Of
which one is an L900ish skidmark/firestarter type motor.

Where's the rmr beer party? Where do I bring my promised 2 cases of
Yeungling Lager?

Contest? What contest? ;-)
