" I have repeatedly posted for about 5 years now,"

Jerry

In your own words you illustrate why your a waiste of time. You have
been posting the same stuff over and over. Get the proper permits or
move in with someone who can. Sell your motors and prove something
other than your ability, due to the lack of some real employment, to
repeat yourself over and over. Not once have I heard someone at a
launch say they wished they had a US Rockets motor. Even if you won
some imagined court battle and had your motors out there nobody would
care.

I have heard this several times. I've used his motors and one kit and I
personally like his products. And will continue to use them.

Having heard this argument and the stories to go with it I decided to
try some of JI's motors. Performed exactly as advertised includeing a stop
watch on the delay which timed right at 8 seconds the advertised time in all
cases.

There is nothing wrong with the performance of his motors; the
problem is the absence of legal shipping documents. Hell, I have
used them in the past and would again, "if" he could legally
ship them.  BTW, how you doing Dennis? Will we see you at LDRS
this year?

Did Jerry SELL you this motor? He does not have an LEMP... correct?

Jerry does the IRS know about these sales?

Such a minefield.

ok I'll say it.

I wish I had a US Rockets motor.  Their variations beat the heck out
AT.

Real simple. EITHER NAR or TRA simply has to follow the law.

Done.

Free advise. Don't hold your breath.

I care.  I want a 54 mm FireStarter for the second stage of my rocket.
