For the next year you will get twelve separate issues. ... Additionally, a year from now we will go through one more change. After the September 2004 issue is published, we will then have the option of producing ten separate issues per year, with no more than two of them being double issues." the commitment (and responsibility) to produce 12 issues began with the August issue.
