What's been in the 3 issues of HPR so far this year?

LOL!  I haven't heard of any "monthly issues" being published this year

in fact, I haven't heard of the "monthly issues" for Sept, Oct and Dec
of 2003 being published either

I guess it depends on what you mean by "monthly", eh?  <bg>

Nota Bene: TRA is an agent of sale for HPR

3 of 9, or, 3 of 12?

The burning question :)

Given that in Vol 34 No 7, Aug 2003 HPR the Disclosure Statement opened
with the following remark (excerpted for editorial review)

"Beginning with this issue, HPR Magazine will be published monthly.  For
the next year you will get twelve separate issues. ... Additionally, a
year from now we will go through one more change.  After the September
2004 issue is published, we will then have the option of producing ten
separate issues per year, with no more than two of them being double
issues."

the commitment (and responsibility) to produce 12 issues began with the
August issue.  Given that only the November was in fact produced (note
that the "Vol 34 No 8" Nov 2003 issue demonstrates that there could not
have been any intervening issues), the absence of the September and
October issues were, in fact, a breach of that commitment (and
responsibility)

You've been screwed.  You have evidence.  Are you going to get him or
talk about why it's TRA's fault that he got you?  Be a man & do what
you have to do.

You have a penchant for stating the obvious.

Obvious to some anyway.
