I use the dremel mostly for making brackets n things. Love those 1" cutoff
wheels. I used a straight cutter to remove the root of the plastic AT fins
before gluing in the replacement. Also the flex shaft is useful for tight
spaces. Did that sound bad to anyone but me?

Big or little? ShopNotes had an issue on making a tabletop sized lathe out
of shop birch plywood. Wood be a nice unit for small to medium cones.

I've an airbrush, just need to play with it. I also have a cheapy
compressor from HF, but just need some 'time'. After the last windstorm
campout, I got to thinking the destroyed easy-up might make a nice
spraybooth.

:) better than WOW brand induced "leakage" in the other thread)

I think I would go for a big one, because I've had good success using
the drill press as a "small" lathe.

I shed no tears when the wind destroyed my non-ez-up - all those goddamn
pipes and crummy tarp, gone gone gone - woo hoo!! got me a real ez-up,
now I'm styling.
paint booth - if I could figure out a way to do forced air without
blowing dust around, I would just put some 4 mil plastic in the corner
of the garage. but several boats and other hobbies are in the way.
might actually get somewhere with this though - wife is making noises
about wanting an airbrush....

Is there a connection here? A rotary tool is not what you need to improve
your epoxy fillets. Good epoxy is probably the best tool in making good
fillets. And bad epoxy really isn't that machinable with a rotary tool or
anything else.
