I had a little bird tell me  you have still been missbehaving as
usual..Did you pay your fine yet? Bet that was an eyeopener, but then
knowing you maybe not. I hear you have a new girlfriend as well, whats
her name...........Dave or Davena Weinershaker or something like
that..............so when you two gonna tie the knot ? Lots of folks
have tied the knot while serving time so don't let your old nasty
habits get in your way..............best to you and your new
girlfriend...........and if you stop by my house you can have the 4
bags of aluminum cans behind the outhouse to cash in and go towards
your fine.

That's great that you guys are getting married.

Which one of you is the bride?  Did you sign up for the bridal
registry?  Maybe rmr could get together & buy you a gift.

Dave - don't forget to have Jerry sign a prenep in front of witnesses.

I wish you guys the best.

You are the 500th person to suggest it.

The whole point of the "baggers" is to suck in unsuspecting newbies into
their evil world.

We can talk about stuff that's on topic but it usually degenertaes to
being about Jerry.

If you have any questions or want to discuss something, start a
thread.  You'll usually find out what you want to know before it
degenerates.

Funny thing is, somebody else started this thread. Took a cheap shot (from
behind cover...of course) at two people, then sat back like a malevolent
little boy and waited for these guys to defend themselves. Then everybody
jumps on and accuses JI of making things about himself.

Don't you guys get bored of this?

Weird.

from what he said on  rec.crafts.metalworking he seems to know Jerry.

I did go to his web site and have actually bookmarked it. He has some really
interesting stuff on nonferrous casting techniques.

I'm sure he has some sort o' beef with JI, and like many others he vents it
here.

I just wish he would spend some time posting on applications of casting
techniques in rocketry instead. I could envision some really interesting
work on either fin cans, motor mounts, or electronics bays.

As many have said before, I just find the constant "pick a fight with Jerry
and Dave show" rather mundane.

A satirical response to satirical posting, get over it Jerry.. I'm
sure Jim is not as he appears and would hesitate to resort to his
name calling, in person, in other than a satirical manner. On the
other hand, who are you to admonish anyone on rude behavior.  Do you
still see dead people?? Your so easy, ROTFL.

Fred
Jim@TrailerTrashAerospace.com - 26 Jul 2004 18:24 GMT
Fred,

You may notice I only abuse people who attempt to bully or shout-down
others, and when I do I go for the juglar. I don't think I've started
a fight since 3rd grade.....I have no problem with finishing them
though. And dealing with a.sholes online is risk-free, anybody gutless
enough to talk the trash I see here could never have the balls to say
such things to my face. And if I'm ever wrong....well, I guess we'd
end up rolling around in the dirt, hardly the end of the world.

Like you Jim, I haven't started a fight sense I was much younger but
have had little or no problem putting on the finishing touches.
However, there is nothing I have said on line, I would not feel
comfortable saying, in person, to anyone I have directed those
comments at or to. I also do not beat around the bush; I address
individuals directly, so there is no doubt I am referring to them.

Lets see, my memmory is not like it used to be but just to name a
few.numerous foks that bought and paid for kits that never got them,
foks that won kits that never got them, folks that paid for the
infamous RMR  "T" shirts that never got them, and the poor old girl
you hoodwinked into using her credit card accepting capability that
lost that right and business because you screwed her too.....I think I
have about 99% of everything I know about you in an archived zip file
around here someplace, so I will just have to did it out and jog yur
memory perhaps..........Besides its needs updating with the DOT thing,
and a few other odds and ends.........

Evidently your in amaongst an entire new crowd on rmr or everyone else
that really knows you and how you operate and your past history has
you filtered out. You have not changed.....................and your
memory certainly has not gotten to the point that you do not know who
I am...........

False, I have BEGGED for those alleged folks to come forward and when
the rumor was first floated by Chris Pearson in SNOAR NEWS (where I also
published a request MANY YEARS ago to come forward), I instituted "bill
on delivery" as a prophylactic measure.

Summary:

1. 20 year old+ rumor
2. No examples ever surfaced.
3. Written request for examples to come forward published in SNOAR NEWS,
Tripolitan, rmr. No "victims" ever surfaced.
4. Prophylactic policy change made involving sending product PRIOR to
payment, even to general consumers.

So I invite you to come forward with fact, not conjecture or allegation.

> foks that won kits that never got them, folks that paid for the
> infamous RMR  "T" shirts that never got them,

Refunded in full.

> and the poor old girl
> you hoodwinked into using her credit card accepting capability that
> lost that right and business

Because she engaged in a violation of her CC contract in at least two
ways. Third party transactions, and not delivering as agreed when she
pocketed the money.

My version of the story is FAR more accurate than yours. I am a primary
witness. You?

Why not FTP it to me for review.
I will be looking for primary complainants and first hand accounts, if
any.

Even if one were to improperly take your allegations on face value, you
would be forced to admit I "have changed."

I ship product "bill on delivery" so loss of payment is no longer
possible for the consumer either on rockets or T-shirts.

Furthermore even my harshest critics have admitted **I** refunded the
T-shirt transaction in full despite never receiving a CC refund or check
refund from DEBY whom they paid.

Jerry

I await your factual reply.

Even to general consumers in foreign countries with no pre-established
means of paying. Whatever the reason for instigating such a policy,
it's pretty hard to pick fault with it.

I will admit that I did not read the whole post. I saw the usual JI bashing
drivel and what looked like another troll address.

I still state it was a cheap shot as the post had absolutely no value (even
in the world of drawing attention to JI's transgressions), however the
respect ratchets up a few notches for being willing to say who you are.

I'd still rather you contribute by speaking on you casting expertise rather
than pumping more JI/DW drivel.

Your call, 'tis still a free country.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm I seem toI recall this was  a standard  proceedure for
USR, to include rodent feces and cock roach infested newspapers in for
packing material along with insect eaten reject damaged nose cones and
delaminated unwound insected laden body tubes, and whatever those
things were you tried passing off as a parachute! Then again I guess
when you live in a old beater of a car behind a row of dumpsters, that
would have been about as good a quality as could be expected, along
with the integrity of the owner............

Apparantly standard procedure for ONE GUY EVER. You. It certainly makes
it suspect in light of the fact you turned out to be one of the most
intense and non-factual hecklers EVER!!

And if "true" why not make a warranty claim? Hmmm?

Therefore we can impute that you are a lying sack of sh.t.

wrong..............haaaaaaaaaaaahaahahahaaaahaaaaa

I guess I  have to dig out my archieves on the chat forum you
participated in with the RMR T shirt fiasco and some other related
crap. How ironic it was you all of a sudden started to have glitches
in your internet connection, and could not continue on with the debate
on how you ripped folks and used credit cards fraudulently..........to
get the cash and produce no goods.............Your a con man plain and
simple. Always was and always will be.........thats the long and short
of it!

Waranty claim my a.s.,............to what a fly by night non existant

junk........what would be gained.................I was not alone  in
those complaints and you know it.

LOL! All I can say is that there weren't no
cockroaches in that peroxide... and as for
my private life, well all I can say is that
_you'll_ never get any if you're gonna be
_that_ abrasive about it, sweetie! (I bet
that jes' gets yer dirty lil' mind all in

Look, I don't know you from Adam except what you post
here, and I ain't seen you post hardly anything but
whining about Jerry for the longest damn time, and
it's mostly remote hearsay from what I can see from
here: "There's a rumor that someone heard that people
were telling all kinds of awful stories about something
someone said about Jerry"...

But I'll tell you one thing... I've sure done you no wrong
(unless you count drawing my own conclusions instead of
"joining in the gangbang" as "doin' you wrong" - you're
gonna have to explain that part to me - are you jealous
because I actually seem able to engage Jerry in a relatively
civil conversation - even on the internet!), so I don't know
what's up with the line of salacious innuendo about me being
"Jerry's boyfriend" and all (you _do_ sound like you think
we'd make a nice pair, don't you) and all that, but if you
think you're going to intimidate me with _that_ sort of
trash-talking, I'd find it bloody amusing to watch you
try... and you'd better be ready to take it like you
think you can dish it out... :>
(You could start by spelling my name right...)

David, don't waste your time getting involved in the rmr competitive
masturbation club. These kids have been at this so long and hard
(Beavis and Butthead style pun just for their benefit) that there was
an article in Wired about it years ago, and they're still proud of it.

Everyone needs a hobby. Some fly rockets. Some exercise their
inability to control behaviors on the net that they'd be embarrassed
to perform in public and try to believe that people don't just
consider them to be complete fuckheads regardless of any attempts at
more reasonable behavior elsewhere.

I bet most of them have kids and wouldn't allow such behavior from
their kids but see nothing wrong with doing it themselves here. That's
just f.cking sad.

But it's certainly not worth wasting your time on. Arguing on the net
is like running in the special Olympics: even if you win, you're still
retarded. So far, all of them have been losing for as much as 8 years
now. Unless the race is to see who's more retarded -- they're all
winning that one.

Jerry.............Once a con man always a con man............. your
buy now and pay after process did not work for the simple reason folks
were having to pay out of their own pocket to return worthless screwed

there was more than just a few that had bitched about your policy and
your deploreable pityfull so called rocket kits. YOu musty be
suffering from alhzheimers, in your old age dirtbag, as you seem to
forget what you want and remember only what suits you.  Not that you
did not suffer from it earlier on, as you have a very selective memory

He's definitely not.

He refuses to disclose where he really got the "improved" kit.

There we go with that moment of forgetfullness. You know darn well
where and when I got these kits. It was during a time when you were
posting and usuing another of yur personas that was taking Jerry's
part as doing no worng, then you lied about it a this person being an
employee, etc etc...Jerry, see you stretch the truth, tell too many
lies, and are in to many contempuous delas and always having to look
over not one but two shoulders and your crotch as well to see any
light at the end of the tunnel and tell the truth. I think you have
ben caught up in your past and previous style of life and lies and its
overwhelming your mind to function properly.

Unfortunately it's not going to
happen after all. Instead of saving
up for the sex change surgery, I ended
up spending my money on some crackpot
scheme to purify readily-available
industrial-grade 50% H2O2 into usable
propellant...

I was not above "gifting" some.

Hey everybody else reading this, walk the talk. Give something truly

To totally hijack this thread...

Well, whoever you are, I want *you* to be the person responsible for
keeping my [paltry shadow of your shop] shop neat and tidy.  Did you
do a special cleanup just to take the photos, or can you always eat
off of the shop floor :-)

I very nearly bought a 14 x 40 lathe a couple of years ago, but my
septic bed and well (in rapid succession) had other ideas about what
to do with a cash windfall I had at the time.

I spent several hours this weekend with a friend "cleanin up the shop".
I have 1800 square feet of workshop, with 20ft ceiling.  We got about
1/3 of it tidied up, and swept out.  It had degenerated quite substantially
since the general clean up we'd done only two years ago.  The larger
the space, the faster it seems to accumulate detritus, and "oh, that--just
put it in the workshop until I figure out what to do with it"...

Been there, done that. As a kid, my rocket shop was a 5' long workbench. Has
a Dremel moto-shop (jig saw) and a moto-tool.

When I got my own townhouse, 1/4 of the basement was my rocket shop, about
200 sq ft. Got a second Craftsman workbench, an old dresser for parts, and a
bunch of those metal shelves. Plus a TV box for tubes and some wine boxes
for smaller tubes, nose cones, etc. Started collecting power tools.

Then we built the house and I've got half of a 1300 sq ft basement for a
rocket shop. If you read the New Astron Workshop, you know what the tool
collection is now like. I've got about 60 linear feet of workbench. I had to
spend a day cleanig up just to have room to build NARAM models.

Some day I'll have to post pictures of what my workshop looks like BEFORE
the massive annual cleanup that I do the week before the NIRA building
session.

"stuff" is a gas: it expands to fill all available space.

Normally its kept pretty neat and its rare it ever gets totally
trashed.........It does not take any more time to put things back when
you get them than it does to fall over them when you just throw em on
a work bench in a heap. Its actually quicker in the long run to clean
/ put up as you go.  Hey when your retired there is no need to get in
a hurry anyhow!
