Ok,

I've lost it again. Anyone have the 1-800 number for Estes Customer Service?

Thanks,
Randy

Well .... after an hour of trying, I finally got someone to answer the phone
at Estes. I think it was the janitor... I don't know but anyway, just in
case anyone wants to know, Estes is closed on Fridays during the summer.
Maybe everyone else on rmr knew that but me.

I'm still trying to understand the logic of that. Seems to me, summer would
be the peak season for them, if they have a peak season.

Guess I'll try again next week.

I'm sure the production facilities in China are busy 7 days a week.

Hell, even our plant has gone to a mostly 4 day work week. Except those of us that
actually have to 'interface' with the rest of the world....

It is hot in CO in the summer. Estes plans ahead and has already made
the Christmas stuff.

There is stuff to DO in CO in the summer so people get to do it.
