Hello,

I am researching an exhibit project that a client of mine is proposing
and I need some help finding some of the materials required. The project is
a 1/24 scale Saturn V rocket. This would be for an exhibit and NOT a flying
model. However, I was planning on constructing it much like I would a flying
rocket. At that scale, the diameter of the 1st and 2nd stage would be about
16.5" inches. Does anyone know who makes a tube this size?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

16" Sonotubes if it isn't flying.  You can't find these at your local Home
Depot, but Concrete Suppliers and some rental places that sell concrete
can get them.

Actually, my local lumber yard sells sonotube up to 24 inches in diameter.

It depends on the region. Lowe's and Home Depot both sell sonotubes here.

Usually they only sell the sizes up through 12".
