Most upscales are scratch-built. It's not that hard really. Go get the
plans on Jimz's site, decide on a size you want, and scale away!
Tango Papa is a good source for upscale decals. Lots of folks have built
upscales, so he may have them on file already.

Has a line of upscales from the old Esties kits. I have not built
one myself but I have seen a few of them and seen the kits before
being built. They have a nice selection and some nice kits. If you
can get past the clutter on the web site you should really take some
time to check out the kits they have.

The 2X Interceptor may have been the late lamented NCR by Estes kit from the
early to mid 90s.
