Response from David @ Quickburst:
Here's the latest:
The testing lab is waiting on the samples.
I'm waiting on FedEX to approve my Dangerous goods certification (16 days so
far, I call most everyday but no progress).
Once Haz mat shipping cert is in hand I will ship the samples. Eight weeks
later I will have my UN and EX numbers. After that I can ship to LEUP
holders. Then I submit the test results to the ATFE. What the ATFE will do
is anybody's guess.

Ever seen the movie Deja Vu? It seems almost like a propaganda to make the
ATF seem like the good guys... when they are just a bunch of Gestapo that
gives permit holders a hard time... I always wonder why do we need a ATF? I
mean if there is a crime involving explosives or guns isnt there the FBI?
seems like a waste of taxpayer money anyways.

Follow the money. The ATF used to be part of the Treasury department.
Their primary purpose was to generate revenue (remember the term
"revenuers"). They started out collecting taxes on Alcohol. Then
Tobacco. Then they were given authority to regulate commerce in
Firearms. And so on...
