URGENT: Need Dremel like carbide bit

I just busted the only 3/64 carbide tip bit I had, and can't find a source
for them. And of course I'm 80% into a home repair project, stripping out
old grout to regrout the shower.

Dremel has 1/8" and 1/16" bits, but they are too big for the tile we have.
3/64 is the next size down, and fit perfectly.

I need a source for this small bit, and preferably a place that would either
be nationwide, or have a store in the Chicago suburbs where I can pick one
up over the weekend. Any suggestions?

What kind of bit?  Is there a place that sells machine tools in your area?
Maybe a 3/64" end mill would work for you?

Something like one of these grout removal bits, but smaller:
http://www.dremel.com/en-us/attachments-and-accessories/attachment-accessory-det
ail.htm?H=188549&G=66357&I=66361

or
http://www.rotozip.com/Shop/CategorySubBrowse.htm?IID=66586&BID=18&HID=188064

This might be what I'm looking for, but they don't give any dimensions for
the cutting tip (#9301) and I don't know who stocks them:

Yea, I wasted $20 on one of those. The smallest bit is too big for the grout
lines in my tile. It's 1/16 and I need a tad smaller, 3/64. Dremel doesn't
make anything that small in carbide.

I tried with a non-carbide steel cutter and it lasted all of 5 seconds
before refusing to cut further.

Oh, OK.  I see what you mean.  An end mill would probably cut the tile too.

www.mcmaster.com

search on carbide end mill and select the diamter and specs you want.
I found a 3/64th 2 flute square end high speed carbide end mill for
$9.71 each.  Shipping is blazingly fast (almost next day standard)

If McMaster-Carr doesn't have it, you searched incorrectly.

That link doesn't work at all. I just get a blank page. In fact, their #@%*
web site doesn't five a usable URL for any page you view, jsut their home
page.

I search on carbide end mill, and get a page with a bunc of nice pictures.
What I'm looking for would be a Burr End Mill. Clicking on that link takes
me to a page of specs, but the smallest is 1/8". That's the same as the
RotoZip and large Dremel cutters I can get at any of the local hardware
stores. I need something about a third that size.

If you can give me the sequence of "clicks" to get to your 3/64 mill, I can
see if that's what I'm looking for or not.

Sorry about the link, McMaster doesn't link well.  (all links are per
session and are invalid for posting....those bastages!)

Search for part number 8923A213  Its not a bur end mill but it should
do the job.

Or just search on carbide burs.  They have several carbide bur end
mills that are in the 1/16th range like part number 8175A14.
Seriously, McMaster-Carr has everything you'd ever need.  Just have to
look for it.

I bet 7 Corners Hardware in St. Paul would have such a bit.
