Hi, I've built and blasted a few NCR F powered rockets in the past, but it's
been a while and I'd like to get something new.  NCR doesn't exist anymore,
so I've been looking around and like the looks of this:

What's the deal with the 38mm motor mount?  Can anyone buy 38mm motors or do
you have to have some special license?  All the engines I see for sale
online are 29mm...  I'd like to build and fly something with the most sack
that I can - without going through any sorts of certifications.  Is the
Aerotech G80 the highest powered engine I can get my hands on?  Thanks!

Yes, G-80's are about the biggest you will find without having to be
certified.
I recommend you start out with some 29MM midpower kits.  LOC, PML and many
others have great kits.

Also, I really recommend that you find and hook up with a club in your area.
Once you fly in a
club setting, you might find that certifications are not such a hassle after
all!  You might even get
the itch to fly some 38MM motors!  ;-)
