Ok... they look really really similar.  I've heard that the Fantom is
the "upgraded" version of the IV, but what exactly does that mean?
Looks like the fins don't hang over as much, but does anyone have a
preference of one over the other?  It will be my 1st M/HPR.  Thanks!

I'm building the Fantom at the moment but I don't have a LOC IV to compare
it against.

According to the catalog, the Fantom is a little longer, 1oz heavier, can
take an 'I' motor, is rated one skill level easier to build and can be
upgraded from Fantom 438 to Fantom EXL (Additional electronics bay with
dual deployment).

As I've heard that the Fantom is marginal on an 'F' anyway, I'm tip-to-tip
glassing my fins to get it to handle low-J motors e.g. J350W to do L1 & L2
on it.
