Check this out. New Quest D engines (finally) along with new rockets
and launch equipment to go with the new engines. The engines look a
little pricy but pretty much in line with other 18 mm. D's currently
offered.

They and other online vendors have had these listed for 2+ years. The due
date keeps moving "out".

Until Quest officially announces they are shipping, they do not exist
outside of R&D.
