I would like to build a model rocket (from scratch) that can be fired
many times (more than 100), preferably out of carbon fiber + epoxy
resin. It should be three-stage, using two D class engines, and one C
class (for the final stage).
I have an idea for a design, so try to correct any problems in my
design. Here it is:
First, I would take a model rocket body (no paint or fins or nose) and
paint on epoxy, then applying carbon fiber tape. I would do layer
after layer, alternating like this (C = carbon tape, E = epoxy, B =
body):
CECECEBB------BBECECEC
Then, I would fabricate a cone and fins the same way and put in some
prefab internal parts. Finally, I would make a launcher like this:

Since you seem to be new around here.... just a note here that there
is an individual who has been making abusive posts for the last couple
of weeks (and I see he's responded to your earlier posts with his
typical vitriol). Ignore him, ignore any who respond to him. I'm
afraid we can only hope people stop responding, and he goes away.
As for your project, you're far enough ahead of me that I don't have
any useful comments to make about it!

I'd be concerned about weight. Using C and D motors, it might fly, but
only 100'.
Alpha40 was a project to fly a pair of Estes Alphas in all 50 states,
and it's been complete for over a year. I built one of the birds, so
here's what was done.
Double walled the BT. Using just estes tubes, used CA to add an inner
tube. Used small tube Kev for a SC and not the elastic crap that's
normal - but make it long.
Soak the balsa fins in CA. We had to repair this a few times, but as we
were trying to stay "original" as we didn't have the option of using
thing G10. Use thing G10.
The NC was never a problem.
Use epoxy to build it. Forget white glue.

I would use a max of 2 layers of CF and use thin G10 for the fins. For
a project like this, using fiberglass instead of carbon fiber wouldn't
have a big effect.
Your biggest challenge to flying this 100 times will be finding it
after each flight.
Good luck
