Happy holidays to all! I saw these on ebay, peeked my curiosity...but
even with Googling the manufacturer, I could't really find any solid
tech info about them. Any body familiar?

Interesting.

Line-throwing rocket?

Must be used in some sort of rescue application.

Impossible to determine their suitability for EX applications without
more specifics.
