Today at lunch* a friend loaned me a book to scan in.  It is a Nov. 1961
edition of the Bell Aerosystems "Rocket Design Data Handbook".  It is an 88
page "pocket" book (3" x 4 3/4").  It's in extremely good shape for
something like this, and for its age.

I scanned it in at 300 dpi as a "color photo" (some pages are color).  This
resulted in 48 files, each from 175 to 300 KB with a total size of about
12Meg.  I did this because the print is very fine and didn't want to lose
anything due to "pixelization errors".  Sometime (maybe even this year), I
will attempt to combine all the pages into a single pdf file, and will post
this when it's done.

Enjoy!

I thought I would say thank you to Smaug Ichorgfang for the recent
upload of the Bell Aerosystems Rocket Design Data Handbook.  He said he
might put this into a PDF sometime this year, so as a thank you to him,
I have assisted him with his task and assembled the files into a PDF.
Thanks again for this great set of scans.
