This fact should be noted on the registration page... that is tell
new subscibers to make sure their email account will accept emails
from ROL - you know like the big boys do. For ex: from Ford's Credit
user registration page:

ENSURE EMAIL DELIVERY!

Factors outside of our control, such as spam-filtering software and
Internet Service Provider e-mail delivery guidelines, can interrupt
delivery and impact the ability to communicate via e-mail.

If you have opted-in to receive email announcements or plan on
enrolling in E-Bill, simply enter the "email addresses below" into
your filtering software's "white list" or add to your e-mail address
book.

Also it may be neccessary to tell users they need to have their
cookies turned on (or configured to accept from ROL), that they make
have problems if their firewall is blocking the ROL IP, and that maybe
Java script is being used so that has to be turned on. By doing so it
shows you know what you're doing and makes it less likely to p**s off
the users because things aren't working for them.

sneak in their precious forum and take all their glory away form the

Bobby Kaplow, and duh Darrell, Darrel or
Darrell.......................To put it simple......a.sholes and
