Ideal launch areas in SF Bay Area

I live in San Mateo and I'm looking for ideal launch areas (parks) for
launching Estes rockets up to 1000ft. Yes I understand the strange
California laws already. Thx

Contact LUNAR. They know about finding launch sites and the
difficulties.

Clubs can get permits to launch (land use for parks and the require
fire permit) when individuals cannot.
