When I was a kid, Estes had 5 levels. But that was back when more people
enjoyed building stuff for a hobby.

It seems that each manufacturer invents their own range of skill
levels. Then some newbie comes along and quotes one of them as if it's
been the gospel forever.
Mine goes to 11.
