What's going on over at Estes?

I lost the nose cone and chute for my Eliminator due to shock cord
failure.  I visited Estes' website to see how much a replacement nose
cone would be.  Their site said, "We are currently redesigning our
spare parts purchasing section, as well as adding additional spare
parts for our customers. Please call 1-866-532-6962 to place an order.
Thank-you."  Well, this number is not being answered; in fact, it
never even rings before it is promptly disconnected.  Two messages
sent to their Customer Service from their Contact Us page have gone
unanswered.

So, what's up?

In the meantime, does anyone know where I might be able to get a
yellow plastic BT56 nose cone?
