Does the max lift weight include the weight of the engine?
After many B & C engines I've purchased a few D engines am looking at what
to do for the rocket to house them.

.....answering my own question......I've played with winrasp and I now think
the mass in the tables includes the engine.

Apologies for such a tardy reply, but I think the answer is right
there in the document: "Do not fly a rocket/engine combination whose
lift-off weight exceeds the recommended maximum lift-off weight."
