Any know if it's true that Flair will be opening a shop/trade counter in
Warwick this November ?

I thought Flair were bankrupted earlier this year, or before.

Yes and no.

Flair declared themselves bankrupt (went into liquidation or whatever) and
then immediately started up a new company with almost the same name with
Flair in the title.  I suspect a lot of companies were left owed money which
is a real bummer for them especially when they see effectively the same
company still trading.

I've got a lot of time for Flair products but I really think this sort of
practice should be clamped down.

Cheers,

Nigel

I agree, it happened to me, a company stuffed me up for 22k leaving me fully
stuffed. They opened up the next day, under another name. Lousey bastards.
nobody got a cent.

Quite often they start up a 'sister' company and sell their assets to it at
a trivial price. It's like creating another ship and moving to it before the
first ship sinks with all debts on deck. "Nothing to do with us!" cry the
crew of the new ship.

It is true that bankrupted people cannot run another company for several
years but they just get their top arse-licker from the old company to run
the new one as a puppet.

I'm sure it is such a common practice that the only reasons politicians
don't outlaw it is because so many have benefited from it.

Care to swap names?

Not likely, I still owe the tax man, the vat man, & my accountant.

Does anybody know if Flair will be retailing from their Warwick base, or is
it just the wharehouse that is moving. Someone has to know.
