I was looking for similar and couldn't find it, so I got the dregs of an
old window bandage kit, a sheet of glass and two polythene bags, stuck
they glass on the bag on the glass, poured on the epoxy, put another bag
on top, and a heavy book on that, and made my own!!!

It has copper on it which can be pealed/etched off.
For blank material, (no cu) try a pcb manufaturer, e.g

Ah , yes..... in that case, the only chance will be a PCB supplier. Normal
sizes are 1.6 and 3.2 mm. You might be lucky and get 1.0mm ( not a lot of
use) or 2.4mm. Find one near to you and ask if you can pick up some off
cuts.

Make your own. Ive got some lovely 1/32" sheet..I made earlier.
I made a dinky 1.5mm thick undercarraige too. Over a balsa former
covered in solarfilm.
Lots of fun.
