Did you note that they offered to refund the £3.75 I paid for *my*
'over the counter' copy. It seems unlikely that they would refuse anybody
else who asks! I'm quite happy to be quoted as the precedent!

Yes, and I trust that that piece of information is already floating
out over the Ether to people that need to know. However, as they
haven't addressed that particular point in their public announcement,
I guess others will need to take your cue here.
