I'm looking for plans and the contructional articles for the Vega 9cc v-twin (Nemett last ME). I've tracked it down to the flowing copies of ME: Volume 156 issues: 3768 3770 3772 3774 3776 3778 Magicalia can't provide the back issues and want £7.50 for each double page photocopy. The plans don't appear to be available on their hobbystore website either. No problem with parting with beer tokens, just not champagne tokens in exchange for beer... Have you tried your local library, particularly Inter-Library Loan? I obtained some old ME articles this way (the two referenced in the Duplex drill sharpener piece) and they were quite cheap. e-bay is another option I got a couple of volumes that I needed for an engine and it cost me about £6.00 per volume.
