Ebay staff - 21 Sep 2009 17:15 GMT
From that well known crook, thief, drug dealer and con artist whose dad
used to steal from his workmates ebay user error505sex aka john bunt/guy
fawkes. He claims to have been knocked which is rich considering he
still owes £14,000 in legal expenses after his failed attempt to defraud
isp's. He knocks others and now the greasy tosser has the cheek to
complain about it being done to him.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello and welcome to the "about me" page.

Recently fleabay has changed how feedback works, so as a direct result
of this I have gone from having a feedback of 100% to (today, September
2009) having a feedback of only 86.7%...

This is because...

   1. one person who was given a second chance offer, but who did not
turn up to collect the item, who did not respond to emails after taking
the second chance offer, who did not pay me any money, got upset because
my brother answered the door and sold the item (an old dynamo) to the
original winner, who had been away on holiday... e-bay does not give me
any method to respond to this idiot, and so my feedback rating takes a
pounding.

   2. one person, who won an item (Sony monitor) who did not pay me any
money, who did not come to collect the item, got upset because the item
got broken after he won it, and I had the decency to send him an email
saying sorry mate, broke the thing this morning, don't send me any
money, don't come and collect.

   3. The flipside of this is user "gouldenbum" of Exeter, who won my
Sun storage rack on 17th July 2009, collected it 2 days later promising
to put payment through my letterbox the next day (hey, he was local, and
turned up in his employers work vans) and who still nearly 2 months
later in September has not paid me (I have reported this theft to the
Police, shan't hold my breath) and has done nothing except give bullshit
excuses about being on holiday.. and can I as a seller leave negative
feedback for this crook? Can I buggery

It is worth mentioning that the only reason all this stuff was on
fleabay in the first place was I was going through a sudden and very
messy separation, and had to get rid of a load of stuff fast, and at any
price.

So, bottom line here is I go from 100% feedback to 86.7% feedback
despite not having ripped anyone off for even 1 penny, and when I am
ripped off by a crook there isn't a damn thing that I can do about it.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now I want to say something else, fleabay buyers appear to be, by and
large, complete and utter MORONS.

How else can I possibly explain the behaviour of people who bid on
something, win it, then pay by Paypal when I have said QUITE CLEARLY IN
THE BLOODY LISTING THAT I DO NOT HAVE, HAVE NEVER HAD, NEVER WILL HAVE,
BLOODY PAYPAL.

Morons is being too kind.

I just wish there was a viable alternative to fleabay.....

ANOTHER 'seperation' johnny? You don't have much luck with women do you,
they all f.ck off. Maybe it's because you're a perverted c.nt and old
tree trunk legs got fed up with you smacking her bum.

Why? Were you trying to pay your £14,000 legal bills at last?

It is a condition of holding an Ebay account that you accept Paypal. If
you don't agree with their conditions feel free to f.ck off.

Hmmmmmmmm............bit of a strange view coming from someone who has
been demonstrably licking bunts arse for several years now, and who
did nothing whatsoever to prevent all the private defendents being
sharfted at Exeter District Registry in 2006!

Oh come on now, be fair. How could Gayboy Handlecox be expected to fill
in court forms. He can't even get the letters of the alphabet in the
right order he's so illiterate and thick.

The case against hancock was dismissed as an abuse of process, through
the very simple expedient of asking the Judge why the 2 unless orders
that had already been genrated in relation to bunts nonsense had
seemingly been entirely ignored.

In terms of law the action should properly have been dismissed well
before it got to the RCJ, as bunt had already ignored an earlier
unless order from the Bristol District Registry, asking amongst other
things for him to provide evidence to support the veracity of his
claims about impotence....................

As in effect the proceedings in the RCJ were in themselves an abuse of
process, if bunt in common with hancock wasnt such a thick fuckwit,
then I can see little reason why the decision concerning the ISPs made
by Private Eye favourite Judge Eady, should be allowed to
stand................but I guess bunt doesnt mind being f.cked over by
the ISPs, and being made to look a complete c.nt all over the net!
