Select Links / Verbände, Vereine, Clubs (bottom right)
Once inside, you will find clubs in three categories

Also you could try these newsgroups (if available on your server)
de.rec.modelle.bahn (German)
alt.binaries.pictures.rail (Picture groups, mostly US, but often a good
selection of European pics)

You should also chechout www.worldrailfans.org its a great group about all
things raiway..but oriented towards European,especially German railways and
models.
