Is just me, or does the pantograph look a bit dodgy?

Isn't that because they have extended the pantograph way beyond its
working position just for the photographs?

It doesn't seem possible (on the three I've tried) to get the pantograph to
lay down in the retracted position on the top of the loco roof.

Push back gently at the rear and press down the front as you do so and
it will clip in. Careful you don't damage the radio aerials as you
repack them.
