well i think i have talked to a couple of guys, and was wondering how i
could gt as much power out of my 25 cc homelite motor, and where i
could get a 30cc head for it,

here is what i know i can do to it,
1. shave the top 5 fins off and throw on a water jacket,
2. lighten flywheel
3. shave off the bottom of the head base to get .020 clearence.
4. stuff motor
5. big bore carby.
6. custom tuned pipe.
7. port it

am i missing anything else that i can do to it?

i think you have about every thing..
run an aux. vacuum line of your crank case to your carb.
make sure your manifold has plenty of flow for your bigger carb.
