Need help: Where can I find a RC Navy Aircraft Carrier? with out
building one..

If you are not interested in "Scratch" building one,
You might check out Tamiya's large USS Enterprise 1/350 scale kit.

I have seen people convert that kit to R/C

You do not mention scale, many of the Trumpeter kitsets are suitable for RC
with some provided with gearboxes, shafts etc.
