I recently moved the motor, Rx, servo battery and ESC from one model to
another.  Everything worked fines in the first boat but in the second, the
rudder works fine but the motor will only turn for a second or so before
stopping.  This repeats every time the ESC is re-started (it is an
Electrifly 35 amp brushed ESC with Futaba radio gear).  This has got to be
something simple.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

TIA,
Randy

Perhaps the battery cut off is kicking in?  Have you tried to re-program
it and set the correct cut off for your battery voltage?

The first thing I tried was re-programming the ESC.  It is set for the
proper battery type and no braking.
