Ensure you apply the Flux on the Flex Drive and Inside the Ferrell.

You also must use a Propane Torch (Sears) to produce the necessary
heat.  This is critical.  

I just did this for the first time two weeks ago when finishing my
scratch built boat.  It worked perfectly.

I used this method on a 12 cell rigger putting out 750 watts and have had no
problems to date.
