Those MI5 posts are automatically imported over from Usenet as I have
set up a feed from the group -rec.models.rc.water-
Unfortunately, there is no way to filter out the spamming scumbags as
the group is unmoderated. I just manually delete them here on the
forum.
On the up side, we get some great contributions from our friends over
on Usenet so I think putting up with the odd spammer is worth it.
You will notice the MI5 post are now all gone from the forum. :)

If you use a newsreader that can filter on regular expressions it is
trivial to delete them all before they ever get to your computer.

alas I could wish that you could wave your magic mouse and delete the
offending spam from the usenet too.

well it is a shame that great websites like this get hit with all that
spam rubbish. im only new to the ways of the innternet and it seems to
be every where. I THORT IT WAS BAD GOING TO THE LETTERBOX ;:D .
well john all i can sey is keep up the great work you do and it is
great to see some normal people still enjo real life. and there are
always a cupple that make it hard for the real ones. :cool: .
