Hey guys, sorry about not getting back to you all but i have been very
busy. without working one does not get to play toys! yes John it has
been in the water however with not much success! being the first ive
built i realised i have a lot to learn. The prop angle was altogether
wrong and is in need of altering. The day was good because i learnt
first hand that all the technical mumbo jumbo i researched on the web
and in particular this site, was in fact valuable information. It is
just a pity i didnt discover all this prior to building the boat.
perhaps mark II will be more successful. The wing is just "BS" i
fancied seeing on the boat and has no effect that im aware of apart
from making a good launching handle. I am not likely to get to the
alterations any time soon as i also restore and race vintage cars. My
cars are demanding attention and a race meeting is coming up soon. I am
however keen as mustard and will return to my new hobby as soon as
possible. i will keep you posted as to what is happening and i check
for new postings and replys regularly.
The trouble and strife says dinner is ready so i shall have to go
talk again soon
