need help on silver solder

hi can any one help me on how to silver solder need to silver solder my
flex shaft in

deestingray is right. best way to combine the parts unseparable is
loctite 603. cleaning the parts before glue is inevitable for the
compound to withstand stress in use. use acetone to remove grease and
dirt from the parts.
