How do I measure the power that a Prop/Motor combination

Can anyone confirm which day the swap meet is on please and when it opens?,
I thought it was Saturday morning at 10 but am seeing statements that it's
on Sunday at some unspecified time.

The Blade 400 I fly has a shutdown feature for when the battery
runs too low.
Simple question, is it good/bad for the battery to run it to
that point? Or should I stop much sooner?

I have unfortunately broken the lower rotor of my micro helicopter Airsquire
735..How can I manage to change it? I have first to remove the upper part,
Iand I can easily remove the pin of the balance bar, but how can I access the
