...for delivering in UNDER 24 hours - in fact in about 16 hours - 4

Need advice on flying wing31 Jul 2003 22:39 GMT5
I would like to get a flying wing, but am not sure which one to go
with.  I have read a lot about the Zagi 400 and Windrider Ele-Bee.  I
would need everything including radio and charger.  The problem is
that I need it to be at a price I can convince my wife is acceptable.
Silk, Silkspan ...31 Jul 2003 22:37 GMT1
Saw an ad for a glider that somebody was selling, and it says --
  covered in silk (not silkspan!)
I've personally used Monocote and Ultracote, and I've seen some
gliders covered with some really thin translucent coverings.  But I've
New battery treatment31 Jul 2003 20:47 GMT3
I just got a new 2400 mAh NiMH battery for my plane.  I know the initial
charge should be at 1/10C, but is there anything else I should know before I

Newbi RC Servo Question31 Jul 2003 20:34 GMT2
I haven't been able to find this info on any of the FAQs that I've
read so I appreciate your help here.  When I build a plane and install
the servos, how do I match the frequency of the servo to that of my
handheld RC controller unit?
OS .50 SX versus YS .6331 Jul 2003 18:45 GMT8
I am debating between these 2 engines. The OS is listed with a higher
HP rating (1.8 vs 1.5) and it is less expensive, but I have never
owned a 4-stroke and the 63 looks like a nice one. As far as
performance, what differences can I expect between these two?

What would be a suitable motor?

I've lost the name/website  of a company making needle-bearing
connecting rods for these engines.  Anyone remember?

fuel coming out of intake30 Jul 2003 13:19 GMT4
If I run my OS52 4 stroke at full throttle I feel some fuel being blown
back on the intake side of the mount. It is mounted horizontal. I assume
it is raw fuel coming out of the intake. Is the intake valve open too
