ok, this might be a good one to ask here I got lots of batteries and am tired of swapping out batteries in chargers. so I figgure i'll whip up a charger that only does 1.2 volts and put current limiting resistors for each cell, and then have it branch aout to do about

Everyone knows the radiotransmitter must be on while the receiver is switched on. But why is this? And what are the consequences of sloppyness in this matter?

I have 8cell packs of 1050mAh - type KAN NiMH and would like to use them in a twin speed400 model - a foam Horten VII flying wing One single 1050mAh pack will not be enough for both motors. Is it possible to use 2 packs and motors in a serial circuit ?

I pretty much understand how and why props have different pitches. But how does a larger diameter prop affect your flight since your only changing by say 1/2" on a side?

The NiCad batteries in my radio and the gel cell battery in my starter will be unused for 6+ months while I am away. What is the best way to leave them? Charge them up and leave them hoping they will be OK when I get back? Leave the power on an let them discharge
