What is a good slow flyer that I can fly inside a backyard? I am looking for something that would probably be considered an indoor flyer. Also, where can I get a motor, esc. and compatible LiPolys for it?

| Transmitter question | 09 Sep 2003 02:29 GMT | 4 |
I am currently using a Futaba Skyport4 Tx. I want to be able to use a volt meter/cycler on the unit, but have discovered there is diode in the system that keeps you from this very thing. I was unable to locate a 'male' plug for the white 2 prong 'female' plug on the battery. My ...

| Do these specs seem believable? | 09 Sep 2003 02:23 GMT | 11 |
http://morrishobbies.com/mvvs/58cc_gasser.html This is a 58cc gasser which is supposed to put out more than most 80cc gassers. It also weighs 3 pounds, producing an incredible 9.25 Bhp.. (!?) It is not out yet, but that is amazing if it is even close to

I am breaking in a YS in the air. I have it super rich right now - the exhaust is almost like that of a helicopter. I had it flame out with about 1/3 tank remaining and I had to deadstick into the bushes. I am wondering, is it common to break in a YS too rich and have it flame out ...

| CG ????? | 08 Sep 2003 17:05 GMT | 5 |
The instructions for my electric sailplane say to balance 68mm from LE. When I check CG using GP CG Machine, the plane shows to be VERY nose heavy even with the battery shoved all the way back to the servos for the tail feathers.

| Sky Scooter, How high to fly? | 08 Sep 2003 15:58 GMT | 2 |
I just got a Sky Scooter Pro II for my birthday. So far 4 flights with no crashes, but several very near misses:). How high should this plane fly. Mine seems to not want to climb much higher than 50-60 feet. That seems too low to me to start trying loops and tricks. I have ...

| Killing off SWAC! | 08 Sep 2003 03:42 GMT | 4 |
When the decision to move SWAC from May to October was announced, I noted that put it right in the middle of the election 'season' and wondered. I worried that it was skipped for a year to make the change as that sort of thing has not worked in many industries and probably would be ...

| suitable servos for the Slow Stick | 07 Sep 2003 22:01 GMT | 3 |
Ok, I couldn´t resist it, I bought a Slow Stick kit the other day. Now, I´m in the process of installing the radio gear in it and I have a couple of spare Hitec "feather" HS50 micro servos I´d like to use. However, they look so small compared to the slow stick!

Hope someone can help me. As many of you will know there are four screws to hold the engine mount onto the firewall. However, one of the screws in my model will not tighten up it just keeps turning, I thought this might cause a bit of unwanted vibration
