flat workbench07 Oct 2003 23:39 GMT29
I know this has been posted before, but what is the best method for building
a flat workbench.  Are there any plans out there.  I was planning on using a
4x8 sheet of particle board for the top and using foam or ceiling tiles to
stick pins in, but how do I ensure that the 4x8 sheet ...

I have been selling these on ebay for months.  I started out selling
them two pairs at a time, then I started selling them 5 pairs at a
time.  There are just too many of them.  My new deal is that you can
have them for $5 a pair, but if you buy 6 or more pairs they are only $4

After 2 months of simulator training (realflight G2) i successfully flew the
superstar select trainer on first try. The plane performed exactly as the
simulator said it would. Everyone preaches you need an instructor, to that i
say no you don't. As long as you practice on a good ...
Removing Old Monokote07 Oct 2003 17:28 GMT11
I'm stripping an old model and having a tough time getting the covering off
cleanly. In places I've been able to peel it off and the balsa is clean. On
some of it, the clear top skin is coming off and the color coat is stuck to the
balsa. Other parts seem to be baked on hard. Any ...
Hitec Supreme receiver07 Oct 2003 17:14 GMT18
I have a hitec receiver in my EZ p-51 arf. Today at the field, I could not
get any of the servos to respond to the transmitter. I made sure they were
on the same channel and that the servos were getting juice from the battery.
I could see the servos twitch for a second when I ...

Finding CG07 Oct 2003 12:43 GMT12
Everybody on here is always a lot of help.  Now what would you suggest to find
the CG of a model that no one seems to know what it is?  Most people around
here have suggested a 1/3 of the way back from the leading edge.
Any thoughts??

Ryobi engine07 Oct 2003 00:40 GMT4
A friend of mine gave me a Ryobi weedwacker engine that he had converted
several years ago for model airplane use, but never did.  It has a Walbro
carburetor (WT312) that has two brass tubes coming out of it.  The smaller
diameter tube near the high and low end screws is the fuel  ...
Beginners question.06 Oct 2003 23:03 GMT9
I am trying to put together a electric glider for my son. I have some servos
( Standard size ones) that I have had for a few years but have never been
used, but I need some radio gear. I have seen on ebay some 'Skysport 4'
transmitters. Are these ok?
