Sig Somethin' Extra Pushrods13 Nov 2003 14:14 GMT4
Has anyone used the stock nylon pushrods that come with the Somethin' Extra
kit?  I typically use solid wire rods, but would like to stick with the kit
contents if there have been no problems.

Looks to be an interesting program on Discovery channel tonight, 9 pm Eastern.

What's the correct Fuel Tank Level?13 Nov 2003 05:35 GMT5
I am assembling a Protech Cougar which has the firewall pre-drilled for the
engine bearers so that the centreline of the engine crankshaft is level with
the centreline of the fuel tank. The instructions state that this should be
the case, but I thought that the it's the needle valve ...

NiMH Batteries... New Charging System?13 Nov 2003 02:01 GMT4
Anyone else seen this system? Rayovac has put out a battery/charger combo
that includes a charger that will "safely" charge four 2000mah AA or AAA
cells in 15 minutes for up to 1000 charges! I don't know if you have to use
their cells only but it is intriguing to say the least. I ...
Separate rc controls for electric and gas?13 Nov 2003 01:12 GMT7
I asked the owner  of a model shop if it would be a good idea to learn how

could but that I would have to buy a whole new rc control; the rc controls
for an electric wouldn't work on a gas plane.   Is he ...

LiPo battery question12 Nov 2003 16:22 GMT11
Just a simple question if you want to use LiPo cells as a receiver battery
you need two cells in serie. Two times 3.6V = 7.2V. Maximum RX voltage is
6V. How do make the voltage drop (diodes??)
Does LiPo batteries suit as RX batteries?
